Med'yo matagal nang dumadaan ang ILAKAD sa FB feed ko, and I'm not gonna lie, parang nacoconvince ako mag-purchase, and as you can see, I was really convinced; napabili ako. I was looking kasi for an all-white shoe for school, sakto nakita ko 'yung penny loafer, and I'm size 10 pero it appears nu'n na wala sila stock, sa website and sa TikTok nila. So, I reached out thru their messenger, and one thing lang ang masasabi ko, very accomodating, grabe, they recommended that I go one size down etc etc, basta very accomodating, so I ordered size 9. Anyways, I won't go into details na, fast forward nu'ng dumating na 'yung shoe, it was really pretty!!! kaso... 'di kasya sa right foot ko, so I reached out again sakanila, kasi they let me know nu'ng na I can swap size for as long as hindi talaga ginamit 'yung shoe. So, 'yun, pinadala ko 'yung shoe pabalik sakanila, and sila pa ang nag-book ng courier to pick-up 'yung return. Nu'ng pakarating sa ILAKAD, they updated me na wala pa ring size 10, so I searched their product lists and sawa another all-white shoe that looks like it can accommodate my wide feet, it was the Med White Boat Shoes, and meron silang size 10 nito. So, I reached out again if possible na different product ang swap ko since same prize lang naman, and surprisingly they ok'd, I was really happy. Ayun lang, buy here!!!
